Terms & Conditions

As of: 04.08.2026

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts concluded via this application between SK Austria Klagenfurt GmbH and the purchasers of tickets and — where applicable — to the use of the 1920 Club ID account and the conclusion of memberships.

2. Conclusion of contract

By completing the order process, the purchaser submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon the club's confirmation (confirmation email) and successful payment. The club may cancel orders in the event of breaches of the terms of sale.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros including statutory value added tax. Payment is made in advance using the payment methods offered in the application via Stripe. If payment is unsuccessful, the club may cancel the order.

4. Delivery of tickets

After successful payment, tickets are provided as an e-ticket (PDF with QR code) or sent by email. Admission is granted by presenting the QR code; if applicable, proof of eligibility for a discount must be carried.

5. Obligations of ticket holders

Tickets must be kept carefully and not reproduced. If the same QR code is presented multiple times, only the first presentation grants admission. The stadium rules and house rules apply.

6. Returns and refunds

Exchanging tickets is excluded; lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

If a match is postponed, tickets retain their validity; no refund is given. If a match is cancelled, a refund is given upon return of the original ticket; processing and shipping fees are not refunded. If a match is abandoned without being replayed, there is no entitlement to a refund, except in cases of gross negligence by the club.

7. Transfer and resale

Tickets may only be acquired for private purposes. In particular, commercial resale, transfer above the printed price and transfer to persons subject to stadium bans or to supporters of the visiting club are prohibited.

In the event of breaches, a contractual penalty of up to EUR 2,500 per breach, the blocking of the ticket and a stadium ban may be imposed; further civil and criminal action is reserved.

8. Liability

Attendance at the stadium is at your own risk. The club is liable only for intent and gross negligence; in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, also for slight negligence. For damage arising from injury to life, body or health, the club is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.

9. Newsletter and digital services

The club provides free digital services (e.g. newsletter, support chat). There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability; the club may change or discontinue these services at any time. The privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data.

10. 1920 Club ID (user account)

A 1920 Club ID account is required for certain functions (e.g. ticket management, membership). Truthful information must be provided during registration; changes must be updated promptly. Only one account per person is permitted.

Access credentials must be kept secret and protected from access by third parties. The club may temporarily suspend accounts in the event of misuse (e.g. false information, unauthorised sharing of access credentials, breaches of these terms) or — after an unsuccessful warning — close them permanently.

Account holders may terminate or delete their account at any time without giving reasons; statutory retention obligations and ongoing contractual relationships (e.g. an active membership) remain unaffected.

11. Memberships (subscription)

Memberships can be concluded via the application as a recurring service (subscription). The contract is concluded upon completion of the registration process and confirmation by the club. The applicable membership fee and billing period are displayed before conclusion.

The fee is collected in advance via the stored payment method through Stripe (e.g. SEPA direct debit or credit card). The membership renews automatically for the respective billing period unless terminated before expiry.

Termination is possible at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period — via the Club ID account or by email to support@austriaklagenfurt.at. Periods already paid for are not refunded pro rata; the statutory right of withdrawal (see the withdrawal notice) remains unaffected.

Fee adjustments are announced at least one billing period in advance and only take effect from the next renewal; in the event of an increase, there is an extraordinary right of termination effective upon the adjustment taking effect.

Membership rights and obligations vis-à-vis the club are additionally governed by the club's statutes.

12. Final provisions

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of performance is Klagenfurt. Jurisdiction is governed by the provisions of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG). The language of the contract is German.
