Right of Withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for event tickets

In the case of contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities that provide for a specific date for performance (event tickets), there is no right of withdrawal under the statutory provisions.

By purchasing tickets for a date-specific match, you expressly agree that there is no statutory right of withdrawal/cancellation.

Right of withdrawal for memberships (subscription)

When concluding a membership via this application (distance selling), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons (Sec. 11 FAGG, Austrian Distance Selling Act).

An unambiguous declaration (e.g. an email to support@austriaklagenfurt.at) within the period is sufficient; dispatching the declaration in time preserves the deadline. No specific form is required.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received without delay, at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal declaration, using the same means of payment. If you requested that the membership begin during the withdrawal period, a proportionate fee is payable for the period up to the withdrawal.

Club return and refund rules

Exchange is excluded. If a match is postponed, the ticket retains its validity (no refund). If a match is cancelled, the ticket price is refunded upon return of the original ticket; processing and shipping fees are excluded from this. If a match is abandoned without being replayed, there is no entitlement to a refund, except in cases of gross negligence by the club.
