Five days before kick-off, 3,500 tickets for the second round of the UNIQA ÖFB Cup are gone. Anyone who wants to be there should decide now.
On Saturday, 5 September, SK Austria Klagenfurt will host SK Rapid Wien at the Wörthersee Stadium. Kick-off is at 20:30, played under floodlights for a place in the round of 16 of the UNIQA ÖFB Cup.
Advance sales have been running for almost two weeks, and demand has picked up sharply in recent days. 3,500 tickets have been sold so far, with around 2,000 of those going since last weekend. For the Violets it is the first home cup match in years and the biggest game of this season.
Tickets remain available in the online shop. Seats on the west and east stands cost 30 euros, the south stand 20 euros, concessions range from 15 to 20 euros, and children pay 10 euros. Groups should not wait too long: the fuller each sector gets, the fewer seats remain together.
Sideline Experience and VIP Newly available is the Sideline Experience. For 19.20 euros you stand right at the touchline before kick-off and watch the warm-up from close range. The add-on can be booked during ticket purchase, and places are limited.
There are also two VIP options, both including access to the VIP hospitality area with catering before, during and after the match. The difference is the seat, either on the VIP balcony for 225 euros or on the west stand for 175 euros. Five boxes for 10 to 30 people are available for groups, prices on request at office@skaustriaklagenfurt.at.
Prize draw for ticket buyers Everyone who has bought a ticket for the cup match and holds a 1920 Club ID is automatically entered into the draw.
Five upgrades to a VIP ticket, fifteen places for the Sideline Experience and ten times one gram of gold, donated by main sponsor TGI, are up for grabs. The Club ID is free and takes only a few minutes to set up. The draw takes place on match day, and winners will be notified by email on Saturday at 16:00.
