Dino Delic is leaving SK Austria Klagenfurt and joining Belgian top-flight side KVC Westerlo.

The 17-year-old joined the Austria academy from Villacher SV in 2021 and developed into one of the club's brightest talents over the past few years. Via the youth ranks and the amateurs, the attacking player made the step up to the first team at an early age.

In December 2024, aged just 16 years and 97 days, Delic made his Bundesliga debut against Red Bull Salzburg, becoming the youngest Austria player ever to appear in Austria's top division at that point.

With his move to KVC Westerlo, Dino now takes the next step in his still young career and switches to the highest Belgian division.

"Dino's development shows once again the path we want to take with our young players at Austria. He came up through our academy all the way to the first team and is now getting the chance to take the next step in international football. That is also a validation of the work being done in our youth setup. We wish Dino all the best for the rest of his journey," says Zeljko Karajica.

Thank you for your commitment, Dino. All the best for your new challenge in Belgium!
