A new chapter begins at the Austria Stüberl on 19 October: Ludwig and Sylke Schneider are taking over the catering operation and will be welcoming guests to the Stüberl from now on.
In Ludwig and Sylke, two experienced restaurateurs have been secured for the Austria Stüberl. Both have been working in the hospitality business for more than 40 years and bring plenty of experience to their new role.
The Stüberl will continue to be a meeting point for our fans, while also being open to all guests away from matchdays. Ludwig and Sylke already have a number of new ideas that they want to put into practice over the coming months.
“Everyone is very welcome here. We want to cater to our guests’ wishes and we’ll also be bringing along a few new things. We’re really looking forward to the new challenge and to our guests. Everyone should feel welcome with us,” says Ludwig Schneider.
The starting signal comes on 19 October, with the grand opening being celebrated at the home game against ATUS Velden on 23 October.
