SK Austria Klagenfurt is significantly expanding its digital offering. Following the launch of the club's own ticketing system on 17 June, the new website, the 1920 Club ID and the AI assistant Vio are now going live. All of it was and continues to be built together with Growth Studios GmbH.

Ticketing came first. Since 17 June, Austria has been selling its tickets through a solution developed in house. The response has been clear: more than 400 season tickets for the 2026/27 campaign have already been sold through the new system. The new web presence builds on that foundation and is, effective immediately, the central destination for everything around the club. News, fixtures, squad, tickets and shop all sit in one tidy place, built consistently for mobile, because that is where the majority of fans are.

At the heart of it is the 1920 Club ID, named after the club's founding year. One account for everything: ticket purchases, season tickets, membership, communication preferences and further services to come. Set it up once, stay logged in, no more hunting for order numbers or juggling separate passwords. Anyone who creates their account now will have their home match ticket right on their phone.

Rounding this out is Vio, the digital assistant of the Violets, available around the clock. Vio answers questions about tickets, travel, stadium rules, fixture dates and membership directly on the website, in natural language. Anything Vio cannot resolve is passed on to the club's team in one consolidated place. For fans that means fast answers without waiting, and more time for the matters that genuinely need personal attention.

"We want to reach our fans as effectively as possible and at the same time move even closer to them. With the new presence we are creating a modern platform that meets the expectations of our supporters and will accompany Austria on the road ahead," says Zeljko Karajica of SK Austria Klagenfurt.

The next stage of development is already underway. Planned are a digital membership administration covering sign up, fees and member data entirely online, as well as a dedicated youth section with training schedules, dates and communication between the coaching staff and families. A parent portal will follow, bringing registrations, approvals and information together in one place instead of spreading them across paper forms, email and messenger groups.

"A club today is about far more than matchday. Together with Austria we have built a platform where ticketing, membership and communication all run on the same data. That means less friction for fans, a better overview for the club and the freedom to keep developing new services independently," says Felix Arnold, Managing Director of Growth Studios GmbH.

All of it can be put to the test this Friday: on 7 August 2026, SK Austria Klagenfurt host SK Treibach at 7:20 pm at the Wörthersee Stadion on matchday two of the Regionalliga Süd. The season has started well on the pitch. After the cup win against ATUS Velden and the away victory against SV Donau on the opening league weekend, Austria stand at two wins from two competitive matches. Create your Club ID now, secure your ticket and be there when the Violets kick off their home season.
